What: |
Area residents are invited to attend a public
hearing and make comments on a Draft Environmental Impact Report,
which pertains to the 2003 Cal State Fullerton Master Development
Plan — a framework for implementing university goals and
programs by identifying needed facilities and improvements through
the year 2010. The plan is designed to accommodate the projected
increase in enrollment from 20,000 to 25,000 full-time-equivalent
students. One full-time equivalent (FTE) equals 15 units of
student course work and is the basis for allocating state funding
to the university. |
