are Distinguished Military Graduates — will be commissioned
as second lieutenants during a May 29 ceremony at California
State University, Fullerton. |

Speakers: |
Brig. Gen. John S. Gong, deputy commander-support,
40th Infantry Division, California Army National Guard. Gong
enlisted in the California Army National Guard in 1968 and was
commissioned through the California Military Academy in 1971.
He has served in his present position at Los Alamitos since
January 1, 2000. |

of Columbus, Ga.; Ryan Kam of Cerritos; Eugene

Morton of Fullerton; Yliana Rafael
of Lake Forest; and Rupali Tilve of Anaheim.
Other cadets being commissioned through Cal State Fullerton’s
program are:
Anthony Aguilar of San Diego and Matthew
Molacek of Saugus; who both attend Biola University;
Maximillian Renard of Encino and Whittier
College; and Steven Santucci of Fullerton
and Westwood School of Technology. |

Mason, McCawley, Molacek and Santucci will be
commissioned as Distinguished Military Graduates, those ranked
in the top 20 percent of all cadets nationally. |
