Following a construction tradition, Cal State Fullerton’s College of Business and Economics and Turner Construction hosted a Dec. 18 luncheon for the construction workers, faculty, staff and guests during the topping-off ceremony for Stephen G. Mihaylo Hall. The assembled crowd dined around the fountain west of the construction site before the ceremony in which guests, campus members and construction workers signed the final steel beam before it was placed on the west side of the structure.
