“Death Penalty: Revenge or Social Justice” will
be the topic of a town hall discussion Wednesday at
Cal State Fullerton. |
Who: |
Attorney John P. Dolan, a Cal State Fullerton alumnus,
will moderate the discussion, which will include panelists
Denise Gragg, Ben Hubbard, Charlotte Pirch and Brent
Romney. Gragg is an assistant public defender for the
Orange County Public Defender’s Office. Hubbard
is an emeritus professor of comparative religion at
Cal State Fullerton. Pirch serves as president of the
League of Women Voters (Orange Coast), and Romney is
an attorney and CSUF alumnus. |
Keynoter: |
Gerald Uelmen, executive director of the California
Commission on the Fair Administration of Justice and
professor of law at Santa Clara University School of
Law, will give the keynote address. He will also give
a guest lecture, prior to the town hall, to discuss
the commission’s work. |
