a Changing Global Environment” as part of the
Citizen Diplomacy Summit at CSUF. |

This is the first summit of its kind at CSUF and
will center around the idea that the individual citizen
has the right and responsibility to help shape U.S.
foreign relations. |

Background: |
Royce,
a 1977 graduate of CSUF with a degree in business administration,
represents Southern California’s 40th District
and is serving his seventh term in Congress. He is a
member of the House Committee on International Relations
and for the 109th session of Congress, was named chairman
of the Subcommittee on International Terrorism and Nonproliferation;
vice-chairman of the Subcommittee on Africa, Global Human
Rights and International Operations; and a member of
the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. |
