Placentia resident John W.
Sibley, acting city manager for the city of Orange,
is the new president of the Cal State Fullerton Alumni Association
2004-05 Board of Directors. He graduated in 1975 with a master
of public administration degree.
Joining him are: President-Elect and Anaheim

executive director of community and school relations for the
Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union; Immediate Past
President and West Covina resident Ed Hays
(B.A. business administration-finance ’89), attorney;

Greg Nelson (B.A. English ’74), first
vice president of Washington Mutual Insurance Services Inc.;
Vice President of Membership and Marketing and Fullerton
resident Bobbi Rice (B.A. communications
’82), president of B.P. Rice & Co.; and Vice President
of Programs and Fullerton resident Verne
D. Wagner (B.A. business administration ’77).

administration ’80), accounting manager of integrated

’82), senior vice president/Southern California division
manager for Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corp. Corona Del
Mar resident David Murray (B.A. music
’81), vice president of private banking for Northern
Trust Bank of California; and Melbourne, Fla. resident
Susan Stewart (B.A. communications ’04),
president of Mercedes Homes Mortgage Division.
The CSUF Alumni Association represents more
than 155,000 CSUF graduates, with a mission of encouraging
alumni pride in association with the university, developing
alumni interest and involvement, and promoting personal advocacy
and long-term support for and investment in CSUF, its people
and its programs.
