the “SEC Financial Reporting Conference” hosted
by Cal State Fullerton’s Center for Corporate Reporting
& Governance. |

a member Financial Accounting Standards board member,
and Scott Taub, deputy chief accountant
at the Securities & Exchange Commission. Other speakers
are Greg Fletcher, assistant chief auditor,

Rosen, principal-in-charge, compensation &
benefits, KPMG; Marc Blythe, partner,
Ernst & Young; Cindy Alexander, assistant
chief economist, SEC; and Jonathan Glover,
professor of accounting at Carnegie Mellon University. |

The Center for Corporate Reporting and Governance was
established in 2003 within the CSUF College of Business
and Economics to disseminate information on current financial
reporting issues and interpretations of financial rules.
The center has held five previous conferences on issues
